Where do I start?!?! Rich was wonderful! He was prompt letting me know his appointment before was running over by 10 minutes but he was still on time with our appointment. He replaced 2 key fobs plus two keys. Since my starter was changed out about a year ago the chipped keys could not be done. Which ended up saving us $70 plus because we were told by the dealership we had to have all 4 keys and key fobs.
