I’m Rich, and locks and keys have been my business since 1982. I began my career in Gainesville, FL, working as an automotive lock and key specialist. In 1989, I moved to Knoxville and opened a specialty locksmith business that exclusively serviced cars –one of the first of its kind nationwide. Almost immediately, my wife and I fell in love with Knoxville and are proud to call Tennessee our home. We think it’s the perfect place to raise our 5 kids and wouldn’t want to be any where else.
Over the last 34 years, we have unlocked and replaced lost keys for around 200,000 people. That’s not a typo. Our company has grown through several different looks, but we have been making keys and helping folks get back on the road longer than anyone in the area.
