Do you have a shop that I can come to?

Nope. I have two ways of providing service. If all of your keys are lost, then I’ll probably have to come to you. If you just need a spare, I meet customers in a public location in Farragut. This saves you the expense of me having to come to you.

Can I provide my own key for you to program?

Absolutely! Lots of my customers do this. Call or text me first, though. The internet is full of terrible-quality keys (Looking at you, Amazon and eBay). However, it’s often similar in price to have me just provide you with a quality aftermarket key if available. The added benefit of me supplying the key is a one-year replacement warranty. I obviously don’t provide one on a key that you provide.

How long does it take to make a spare key?

Most spare keys take between 5 and 20 minutes to cut and program. There are some exceptions with Volvo, VW, etc. Ask me when we schedule the call, and I can tell you pretty precisely.

Can you do the new Ford and GM vehicles? Everyone says “only the dealer” can make them.

Yes, I can! Here’s how I do it… I invested in the same OEM equipment that the dealers use! It was expensive, but I did it. The only real difference between me and the dealer is that I won’t need your car for a day or two. When you show up for your appointment, it will be just us. There will be no lines, no waiting. And, if all keys are lost, I can save you the towing expense as well.
