Service above and beyond! I met Rich to have a spare key made for my car. Unfortunately, when I got there, my car battery went dead. Rich was equipped to jump start my car and made the new key in about 15 minutes. What meant the most to me was his friendly and enthusiastic attitude about taking care of me! Thanks Rich!

I had Mobile Key Shop make an additional fob and key for my 2023 Ford F-150. Richard arrived early and had all the equipment to program and cut the key for my new car in less than 30 minutes. The Ford dealership can’t even give you this service!!! The key and fob work perfectly, Richard is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.. 5 star service !!!

Rich is fantastic! We scheduled a time and location to meet, he showed up 10 minutes early and had the job done before we were supposed to meet. We had a key cut, programmed and paired with the car. A huge savings over going to a dealer. I would highly recommend.

Came out on Christmas Eve and our truck had other electronic issues besides needing a new key. Rich went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and returned the day after Christmas which was a Sunday and got our company vehicle re keyed and back working for Monday morning. Would not and will not hesitate to use him again.
