I’m very happy that I found Rich at Mobile Key Shop. He is very professional and trustworthy. I presented him with a challenge that he gladly took on. He kept me updated every step of the way, and successfully completed the job at a much better price than the dealership. I’m thankful for his tenacity. This job required some out-of-the-box thinking, a new (expensive) tool purchase, and connections, which he has in his industry. That just tells you about the kind of guy he is. He has friends in the business and speaks highly of them, as they do of him (can confirm, I spoke with one). As long as I’m in Knoxville, Rich will be my first call for a locksmith.
